By downloading, installing, or using Sourceless Wallet ("the App", "we", "our"), you agree to

be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not

use the App.

## 2. Description of Service

Sourceless Wallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet application that allows you to:

- Create and manage cryptocurrency wallets

- Store, send, and receive cryptocurrencies on supported networks (Ethereum, BSC, Polygon,

Arbitrum)

- Interact with decentralized exchanges (DEX) such as Uniswap

- View cryptocurrency balances and transaction history

Important: We are NOT a financial institution, broker, exchange, or custodian. We only provide software that enables you to interact with blockchain networks.

## 3. Non-Custodial Nature

### 3.1 Your Sole Responsibility

- You have complete control over your private keys and seed phrases

- We never have access to, store, or can recover your private keys or seed phrases

- You are solely responsible for the security and backup of your wallet credentials

### 3.2 No Recovery Service

- If you lose your seed phrase or password, we cannot recover your wallet

- If you lose access to your device without a backup, your funds are permanently lost

- We do not offer any account recovery, password reset, or fund recovery services

## 4. User Responsibilities

### 4.1 Security Obligations

You are responsible for:

- Keeping your seed phrase and password secure and confidential

- Backing up your seed phrase in a safe location

- Protecting your device with adequate security measures

- Never sharing your private keys or seed phrase with anyone

- Ensuring your device is free from malware and unauthorized access

### 4.2 Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

- You are at least 18 years of age

- You are legally permited to use cryptocurrency in your jurisdicBtin

- Your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations

- You will not use the App for any illegal activities, including money laundering or terrorist

financing

### 4.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

- Use the App for any unlawful purpose

- Atempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

- Distribute malware or harmful code through the App

- Impersonate any person or entity

- Interfere with the proper functioning of the App

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

## 5. No Financial Advice or Services

### 5.1 Not Financial Advice

- The App does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice

- Any information provided is for informational purposes only

- You should consult with qualified professionals before making financial decisions

### 5.2 Not a Financial Service Provider

- We do NOT provide exchange services, custodial services, or banking services

- We do NOT hold, control, or have access to your funds

- All transactions are executed directly on blockchain networks

- Swap functionality connects you to decentralized protocols; we are not a party to any

trades

## 6. Fees and Costs

### 6.1 App Usage

- Sourceless Wallet is provided free of charge

- We do not charge fees for creating wallets or using the App

### 6.2 Network Fees

- Blockchain networks charge gas fees (transaction fees) for all transactions

- These fees are paid to network validators, not to us

- Gas fees vary based on network congestion and are beyond our control

- You are responsible for paying all network fees

### 6.3 Third-Party Fees

- Decentralized exchanges (e.g., Uniswap) may charge protocol fees

- These fees are set by the protocols, not by us

- You acknowledge and accept all third-party fees when using such services
